Summary

Khata Book works offline. The business records you enter stay in the app on your device, and we do not collect or receive them.

Information the app uses

• Business information you enter: customer names and balances, transactions, items and stock, invoices, reports, and shop details such as logo, signature, bank or UPI details and terms. The app uses it only to provide its features.
• The Backup and Restore feature lets you save and later restore this same information. Treat backup files as carefully as the original records.
• Invoices and reports that you share as PDF, or print, go only to the app or printer you choose.

Permissions and device features

• Bluetooth: Used only to find and connect to the Bluetooth thermal printer you choose for printing bills.

Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

• Google Play: the app is installed and updated through Google Play, including its in-app update feature, under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

In the Data safety section of this app's Google Play listing, we have declared that the app does not collect user data and does not share user data with third parties.

Storage, security and retention

Information you enter stays on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. We do not hold copies of it, so we cannot restore it for you; please keep your own backups.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices
