Summary

Masjid Board shows prayer and jamaat times on a TV, tablet or phone, and lets a mosque admin update them from a phone. The app contains no advertising.

Information the app uses

• Location: when you choose automatic timings, the app uses your GPS or city location to calculate prayer, sunrise, zawal and makrooh times.
• Mosque settings: jamaat times, display and theme settings, announcement text and the mosque code that links the TV display, the admin remote and the worshipper view. When the device is online this information is synchronised so that every connected screen shows the same timings.
• Admin PIN: a 4-digit PIN protects the admin remote. Keep it private.

Permissions and device features

• Location: Used for automatic prayer-time calculation from your position or city.
• Internet: Used to synchronise mosque settings when you are online.

Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

• Google Play: the app is installed and updated through Google Play, under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Storage, security and retention

Mosque settings remain until the admin changes or removes them. For questions about removing mosque information, contact us at the email address below.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, and you can clear its stored data in Android Settings under Apps. For any privacy question or request, email us.
